VYRTYCH participated in an important project of ALSTOM Česká republika a.s. (formerly Bombardier Transportation ČR), where we supplied our NORD-N-LED luminaires for a large paint booth, designed for ATEX zone 2/22.
This state-of-the-art paint shop includes 17 workstations for the automatic application of liquid coatings in vehicle painting, including paint booths, drying rooms and final acceptance workstations, and is equipped with robotic technology to ensure high efficiency and accuracy.
NORD-N-LED luminaires are designed specifically for industrial environments with explosion hazards and provide uniform and energy-efficient lighting, which is crucial for processes requiring precision painting and safety. Combined with modern automation and robotics technologies in the paint shop, our luminaires contribute to the optimization of work processes and ensure high quality of the final products.
The project demonstrates our ability to deliver the highest quality lighting solutions that meet the demanding conditions in specific industrial applications such as robotic car painting.
